No sauce, onions, zucchini sautéed with pecorino, pepper and smoked salt. Finished in the oven with Gorgonzola and tartufo salami.
The key to fine welds? Well, amongst other things, sharp tungsten is quite critical. I was taught that if you throw it at your thigh and it doesn’t stick in, it ain’t sharp enough. Here’s a full metal jacket:

So I’m installing these no-mod flats tubes on a bike. Holy crud nuggets, what’s this?!?!? It’s a solid tube to replace a traditional air filled pneumatic tube. I think they should have embellished the entire name, like “no-mor flats” or “no-moor, fattis”. Maybe I’ll tell y’all how they work when I’m done.
